Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies aligned with Orysys growth objectives.
  • Drive revenue generation market penetration and customer acquisition efforts across targeted industry verticals.
  • Lead sales presales and account management functions ensuring the seamless of the sales cycle.
  • Conduct target audience analysis refine messaging and oversee requirement gathering documentation and management (pre and postsales).
  • Expand reach by identifying new business opportunities partnerships and offshoreonshore collaborations for requirement fulfillment.Conduct requirement workshops product solutioning and enduser training to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships ensuring longterm engagement and retention.
  • Provide leadership in project management ensuring timely delivery of solutions and services.
  • Analyze and interpret business needs to generate ROIdriven solutions for clients.
  • Oversee partner alliances conduct governance and evaluate new partnerships.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in information systems Business Management or a related field with an
  • MBA from a reputed university or institute. 1012 years of experience in Sales Business Development and Account Management with a strong background in software hardware infrastructure and resource augmentation.
  • Proven track record of leading highperforming sales teams and executing revenue generating strategies.
  • Experience in BFSI Manufacturing Real Estate and Hospitality industries is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business process reengineering and market penetration strategies.
  • Experience in partner alliance management and working with offshoreonshore delivery models.
  • Relevant certifications in Sales Agile DevOps and AI are an added advantage.

  • Productivity & Collaboration Tools: Microsoft 365 GSuite Slack Trello

  • GitLab Solutions Architect Core Verified Associate
  • Sales Core DevOps DevSecOps and Agile Management Sales Specialties

Extensive experience in backend development, ideally 6+ years. Proficiency in .NET Core & .NET framework-related technologies with strong knowledge of development best practices. Experience in designing and building scalable APIs for production systems. A solid understanding of software development design and architectural patterns. Expertise in setting up and managing a fully automated CI/CD pipeline. Hands-on experience with RDBMS technologies. Experience working with AWS cloud or other cloud platforms. Familiarity with containerisation tools like Docker. Exposure to distributed systems and event-driven architecture. Knowledge of observability tools and monitoring backend systems.
