Job Description
This very busy nursery in a fantastic location west of Bedford is looking for an experienced Room Leader to lead and support their large preschool unit. Offering 38 hour working week with a salary c 33k and mega benefits. Interested get in touch.
Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
