Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with experience in Retail Supply Chain or Data Analysis to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements analyzing data and supporting the development of business strategies. This role is ideal for a detailoriented individual with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Assist in the development of process flow diagrams user stories and business cases.
Support the creation of detailed reports and presentations for decisionmaking.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze large datasets to identify trends insights and business opportunities.
Work with Excel SQL or BI tools (Power BI Tableau) to generate dashboards and reports.
Assist in data validation and cleansing for accurate reporting.
Retail & Supply Chain Analysis (if applicable)
Monitor inventory levels sales trends and supply chain efficiency.
Identify opportunities to optimize stock replenishment and reduce costs.
Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams for operational improvements.
Project Support & Communication
Assist in project planning coordination and .
Work closely with IT and development teams to support system implementations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
Skills & Qualifications:
Preferred Experience:
1 2 years of experience in business analysis retail operations supply chain or data analytics.
Familiarity with ERP systems CRM tools is a plus.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
