Job Description
Are you an experienced Success Factors specialist who enjoys working productively in a closeknit and supportive team We are looking for an expert in HR processes for our digital transformation journey.
In addition to EC we are have TimeOff in Lithuania Performance & Goals in all countries and good plans on proceeding with SF Learning. We are also digitizing our Employee services with ServiceNow solution. Do you want to be part of this success story
Your days will be a mixture of various tasks related to SuccessFactors. As a Global key user you
- manage data integrity and ensure that data is accurately entered and maintained
- train and support our local key and end users and maintain user guides to different user groups
- passionately optimize processes and understand how SuccessFactors can support us
- have a significant role in solution testing during the system implementations and updates
- initiate and participate in development projects representing the local and end user viewpoint
- act as an enthusiastic and positive change agent
Our team is a crossfunctional team we are global local and from various support functions and vendors working closely together aiming high in all we do. We typically communicate in English but fluent Finnish is also needed to support our Finnish key users and employees.
What we expect from you:
- ability to understand dependencies between business processes and surrounding systems
- analytical and developmentoriented approach to work
- at least five years of experience in employment lifecycle processes and SuccessFactors
- applicable higher education degree
We also value experience in salary and time processes SF modules HR analytics and PowerBI Excel/MSOffice.
