Join our team as a Senior Compliance Analyst providing direct support to the Tax and Finance Compliance Manager. This role involves maintaining tax compliance within the University and influencing adherence to University Finance policies procedures and processes. You will assist with GST FBT PAYE and Withholding Tax return preparation and support the management of the Universitys international tax obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a fulltime 37.5 hours per week) permanent opportunity.
Remuneration is $103000 $120000 per annum dependent on skills and experience.

You have a passion for compliance and tax strong attention to detail and welldeveloped analytical skills. You enjoy teamwork but can also work autonomously and across different management levels.
You should have a Bachelor of Commerce or a relevant tertiary qualification preferably with a major in accounting and taxation. Membership with a professional accounting institute such as CAANZ CPA or an equivalent is preferred. We are looking for candidates with specialised compliance and tax experience including 1 to 2 years at a senior technical advisory level. Experience with advanced financial and accounting software systems and working in large complex organisations is also desirable.
You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills strong analytical abilities and a serviceoriented mindset. The role requires the ability to build relationships work under pressure meet regular and demanding deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
