We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with office management tasks maintain records and ensure smooth communication within the company. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties including data entry filing and document management
Assist in scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements

Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed

Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
