ThisSr. SPCwillpartner with regional sales leadership in APAC including Sr Directors and frontline managers toalign sales enablement strategies to key business prioritiesfocused ondriving growth and unlocking opportunities. GoToMarket Enablement (GTME) teamownsthe businessrelationships and drives development strategy we are aligned with specific regions andsegments andserve as an extension of the sales leadership team in their segment.Our remitis to enable and empower the field and sales managers in their region/segment todo the best work of their careers. To raise the bar in how we think about Sales Excellence and to embrace learning and growth across Sales Skills Sales Methodology Sales Process and Sales Coaching. Specifically the OSO GTME team anchorsenablement programs around the skills habits and knowledge needed to be a successful scaled seller.Theyprovidekey input into the centralized program management team to ensure programs are being built in a way that will best drive value inmarket. SPCsbring learning insights to their businessand their sales leadersto drive recommendationson where we should prioritize and focuslearning programsto close gaps or to drive growth.This team is essential to making learning land stick anddrivemeaningful value for our global business.
You willpartner directly with senior leadership based in Asia Pacific todrivebusiness growth identify opportunities and facilitate quarterly in person development days. An ideal candidate for this role is passionate about development has deep sales and businessacumen they possess the ability to identify trends to execute on new processes and standards across the teams and build strong relationships with our sales leaders. Theyare energetic around owning endtoend programs themselves and they are innovative futurefocused thinkers.This person needs to be comfortable operating in ambiguity with openmindedness agility positivity and a continuous commitment to iterating and improving.
