Job Description

Were hiring for an experienced Business Analyst who will have responsibility for both analysis and design on relevant projects whilst ensuring traceability of outcome through development testing training and business readiness elements of the project lifecycle.

 

What youll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the esure app its AIdriven capabilities and the customer experience.
  • Analyse customer insights MI and complex business challenges to identify pain points and AIpowered opportunities.
  • Collaborate on innovative solutions and drive them from concept to .
  • Support the design documentation and build of the app experience working closely with Caura and product teams.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to refine and enhance the product backlog.
  • Map current and future state journeys processes and value streams to align with our strategic goals.
  • Conduct indepth change impact assessments and ensure successful transformation delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across all levels

Qualifications :

What wed love you to bring: 

  • Experience in process analysis and improvement (Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus).
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for problemsolving and uncovering AIdriven efficiencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at a midsenior level.
  • Ability to document and hand over change initiatives for seamless operational .
  • Expertise in agile and scrum methodologies within a dynamic digital environment.
  • Knowledge of humancentred design tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with asis/tobe analysis process mapping and user story creation in JIRA.
  • Understanding of general insurance processes and best practices.
