Job Description
Were looking for a Finance Administrator to join the team for a 6month fixedterm period while we complete our ERP system implementation.
Youll be responsible for a mix of payroll administration credit card administration and general financial support for the team.
Day to day youll be:
- Managing changes to our payroll responding to payroll queries and reviewing payroll calculations from our external payroll service provider.
- Preparation and processing of the weekly contractor payroll.
- Preparing tax returns (including RWT NRWT FBT and GST).
- Responsible for company credit card administration.

Were looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience processing payroll data
- Experience in a role providing finance or accounting support
- Strong communication skills to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Great time management is well organised in their work and can meet deadlines
- The ability to learn quickly and work in a changing environment
If you have any accounting/business qualifications and youve used Sage 300 thats an advantage (but by no means essential.

Additional Information :
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. We expect the fixedterm to run through til earlyOctober 2025.
The salary range for this role is $70000 $80000 per annum (prorated)
