Job Description

The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team by optimizing processes managing sales data and ensuring efficient operations. This role requires a detailoriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Sales Process Discipline & Sales Process Optimization:

  • Analyze key revenue drivers and generate datadriven insights to improve forecasting and sales visibility.
  • Enforce sales process discipline ensuring adherence to standards pipeline health and excellence.
  • Advocate for effective use of tools and processes to enhance internal and external engagement.
  • Benchmark performance identify opportunities and recommend actions based on business insights.
  • Maintain and optimize the Rhythm of Business (RoB) cadence ensuring consistency efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Enhance sales team processes and capabilities by assessing needs and implementing best practices.

Data Management Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain and manage sales data ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance to ensure sales reporting in in place to support the business needs. 

CRM Management:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on forecasting tools providing training and onboarding for new sales team members.
  • Train and support the team in effectively using the CRM system.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast accuracy ensuring data integrity and hygiene.
  • Track weekly pipeline progress highlighting key changes sales stage movements and pipeline generation trends.
  • Ensure standardized reporting is in place and actively used by sales managers and account executives.
  • Knowledgeable about MEDDICC

Planning & : 

  • Aligns with the team in territory planning models quota distribution with documented processes and principles. 

Qualifications :

Qualifications were looking for.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in business Marketing Finance Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Languages: French and English C1 level
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the retail sector is preferred but not required.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
