Job Description
Role: Cyber Security Operations Manager
Location: UK Remote
Must Have SC Clearance
This is a permanent role.
Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Security Operations Manager to drive strategic and operational program management act as a subject matter expert and bridge the gap between customers and sales teams. This role is a hybrid function that blends program management customer engagement cybersecurity expertise and business strategy to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills reporting capabilities and exceptional communication skills to manage complex environments. The function will support global clients requiring international experience and multilingual capabilities to succeed in diverse business landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management (Strategic & Operational)
- Lead endtoend program ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive strategic planning and operational efficiency within solution delivery frameworks.
- Manage complex crossfunctional environments balancing business technical and customer priorities.
Customer Engagement & Solution Design
- Act as a trusted advisor and cybersecurity subject matter expert for clients.
- Work closely with global clients to understand their challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Lead customerfacing discussions presenting and communicating complex solutions effectively.
Sales & Business Connection
- Collaborate with sales teams to support solution positioning and presales engagements.
- Provide technical expertise to sales ensuring solutions align with business and security objectives.
- Help define gotomarket strategies and drive client adoption of proposed solutions.
Analytical Reporting & Communication
- Develop and deliver detailed reports dashboards and performance insights for stakeholders.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess data trends and operational impact.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in program management with a focus on strategic and operational .
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles frameworks and risk management.
- Ability to manage complex global client environments and multistakeholder engagements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication skillsable to convey technical and business insights effectively.
- Experience working in international markets with a global client base.
- Multilingual capabilities (highly preferred) to support diverse client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity IT Business or a related field.
- Experience in enterprise security architecture risk management or compliance.
- Prior experience working with Csuite and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cloud AI or security frameworks is an advantage.
