Developing accounting policies in accordance with accounting and financial reporting
legislation based on the structure and characteristics of the Institutions activities and
monitoring its compliance;
Accounting in accordance with international financial reporting standards;
Settlement of transactions concluded by the Entity;
Control over the availability and movement of the Entitys property the rational use of
material and financial resources the safety of money and material values;
Tax accounting formation of tax accounting policy and control over its compliance and
implementation of other tasks assigned to the Office.
Qualifications :
A Higher (or postgraduate) professional education in the fields of accounting and/or finance
and/or economics. A Mandatory certificate of a professional accountant and professional
qualification (DipIFR and/or ACCA).
With a master degree at least 7 (seven) years in the specialty including at least 3 (three)
years as a Chief Accountant. With a bachelor degree at least 10 (ten) years
in the specialty including at least 5 years as a Chief Accountant.
Additional Information :
Legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of
accounting methodological and other materials from higher financial and controlaudit
bodies on the accounting and reporting as well as those related to the economic and
financial activities of the organization;
Civil financial tax administrative economic and labor legislation;
The basics of pension legislation;
Applied programs for tax reporting and accounting reports;
Advanced domestic and international practices in improving the organization of accounting
international and national financial reporting standards;
Financial reporting depository;
Organization of production labor and management;
Basics of production technology;
Marketbased economic methods;
Other essential professional knowledge and competencies required for performing the
functional duties of this position;
Fluency in Kazakh and Russian languages with English proficiency considered beneficial.
