Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage onsite construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed efficiently safely and in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. The Site Engineer will work closely with project managers architects contractors and other stakeholders to deliver highquality construction projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daytoday construction activities onsite.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Interpret and review construction plans designs and specifications.
Coordinate with architects project managers contractors and suppliers.
Monitor progress report updates and address any technical issues that arise.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Assist in material procurement and ensure proper usage of resources.
Maintain accurate site records including reports and logs.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and site problems.
Ensure timely completion of the project within the allocated budget.
Requirements
Practical knowledge of working in corporate Fitout /Retail/commercial projects.
Candidate should be able to read & understand all type of civil & MEP drawing specification BOQ.
Identify the variation in the drawing from actual requirements & quantities.
Develop a detailed project planning project schedule to monitor & track progress.
Material estimation & indent.
Preparation of joint measurement sheets asbuilt drawings & handing over documents.
Preparation of reports Daily Weekly & monthly.
Proven work experience in project management.
Excellent clienthandling & internal communication skills.
Coordinating & communicating with various internal functions & departments.
Candidate must be capable to handling multiple projects at a time.
Proven knowledge & experience of risk management Time management Communication management vendor management.
AutoCAD 2D.
Ready to travel across India 2030 days)
