Job Title: Business Development Specialist / Lead Generation & Inside
Sales Specialist
Location: Remote (Preferably based in Florida USA)
Employment Type: 6 months Contract 1099
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist / Lead Generation &
Inside Sales Specialist to drive growth in our IT recruiting business.
This remote contract role focuses on sourcing and qualifying leads
acquiring new clients managing sales pipelines and closing deals
within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience
in IT recruiting sales lead generation and inside sales with a
mandatory background in staffing agencies or IT consulting firms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients in IT
domains such as software development data science cybersecurity
and cloud computing.
Client Acquisition: Conduct outreach via cold calls emails and
LinkedIn to IT decisionmakers HR and recruitment leaders to pitch
our staffing services.
Inside Sales: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing
deals including negotiating contracts and securing new business.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build manage and nurture a robust
pipeline of leads ensuring consistent followups and progression
through the sales funnel.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong longterm
relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat
business.
Collaboration: Work closely with the IT recruiting team to align on
candidate sourcing and client requirements.
Market Research: Stay informed about IT trends and staffing needs to
provide valueadded insights to clients.
Compensation:
Base Pay: $22 per hour 1099 Contract)
Commission: 5 of the revenue generated from new clients
Payment Terms: Monthly
Experience & Qualifications:
Required:
Mandatory: 2 4 years of experience in IT recruiting sales lead
generation and inside sales with a proven track record in
staffing agencies or IT consulting firms.
Proficiency with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales
Navigator Apollo ZoomInfo)
Strong cold calling email outreach and CRM skills (HubSpot
Salesforce)
Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals
Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills
Contractual Terms:
Status: Independent Contractor 1099
Remote Work: Fully remote with occasional travel as required due to business need
