Job Description
- BA profiles (SA/M) who are having capital market experience and ready to work from client location.
- Strong domain knowledge on Capital Markets with proven experience as a business analyst in capital markets with an understanding of market dynamics (Mandatory skill).
- Prepare BRD's based on the user needs & make sure document is detailed.
- Help the developer to reduce defects in IST/ UAT/production. Quality Focus is high.
- Identify risks and provide mitigation plan. Escalate issues on timely manner to the leads.
- Good handson experience on Agile practices – acting ScrumMaster or Product owner role.
- Work Autonomously by taking ownership.
- To have a strong Customer Focus to provide a professional support service to both internal and external client.
