Senior AI Engineer 80100 (w/m/d)
What awaits you:
- You will work in a motivated and solutionoriented team with a high degree of personal responsibility and autonomy.
- You will drive innovation with new AIenabled features in our products.
- You will lead the design development and deployment of scalable AI/ML models and pipelines.
- You work extensively with large language models (LLMs) to develop solutions for NLP conversational AI and generative AI use cases.
- You collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design AIdriven features and applications.
- You drive innovation by exploring the latest AI technologies and proposing new approaches for our business challenges.
- You provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members sharing best practices in AI/ML development.
What we expect from you:
- You have a university degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field.
- Your background includes proven experience as an AI/ ML engineer or in a similar role with a track record of building and deploying realworld applications particularly LLMbased solutions.
- You have handson experience with cloud environments (GCP) AI platforms (Vertex AI) and SQL databases (Postgres BigQuery).
- Advanced Python programming skills are crucial along with deep knowledge of relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
- You have excellent problemsolving skills with a focus on practical scalable solutions.
- We value individuals who are structured enthusiastic independent and qualityfocused and who enjoy working with crossfunctional teams.
- You have strong analytical and conceptual abilities and your solid communication skills help you interact with our stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English GermanSkills are a big plus.
