Job Title: Creative Marketing Manager
Location: Remote offshore open to South African candidates

We are a premier boutique Pilates studio based in the UK with three locations and a team of 20 staff members. As a highend brand we pride ourselves on providing a luxurious personalized experience for our clients. With plans to launch a teacher training program and a growing presence we’re seeking a skilled Creative Marketing Manager to drive brand growth elevate our digital presence and maintain our prestigious image.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Marketing Manager with a keen eye for design and an ability to elevate our brand to new heights. This role is perfect for someone with a background in luxury marketing and design who thrives in implementing wellcrafted marketing strategies. You will be responsible for producing beautiful highquality content developing engaging campaigns and driving lead generation through various channels. Your ability to separate us from the competition with visually stunning and engaging marketing material will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development & : Collaborate closely with the founder (Catherine) to create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving membership growth.
- Content Creation & Design: Produce highend visually appealing graphics and content that align with our luxurious brand identity using tools such as Canva Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Engaging Content Writing: Craft compelling and engaging written content that resonates with our target audience making them eager to engage and learn more about our offerings.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure all marketing materials and communications maintain the highend luxury image of Runway Pilates. Differentiate us from competitors through creative and innovative marketing tactics.
- Lead Generation & Engagement: Focus on increasing leads and engagement across all marketing channels leveraging both organic and paid efforts.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing: Oversee and manage social media accounts email marketing campaigns and some paid advertising efforts ensuring all messaging is consistent and impactful.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate local business partnerships and outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract new clients especially corporate collaborations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury or highend branding particularly in services or wellness industries (fitness hospitality or similar sectors).
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva Photoshop Illustrator) to create polished and professional marketing content.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging persuasive and brandappropriate content.
- Experience in driving lead generation and increasing engagement through various marketing techniques.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing including social media email marketing and paid media.
- Ability to independently strategize create and execute marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively with a small dynamic team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing for boutique fitness studios luxury wellness brands or other highend service providers.
- Familiarity with UK market trends and consumer behavior in the wellness and fitness industry.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Google Ads and email marketing platforms.
