About the Role
We’re hiring a Web Designer to join the creative team at the #1 U.S. Marketing Agency. We're looking for a highly creative detailoriented and resultsdriven designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling and digital branding. In this role you'll collaborate closely with strategists developers and fellow creatives to design modern highconverting websites that elevate our clients' online presence.
This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys working in fastpaced highimpact environments loves building beautiful and functional web experiences and is excited to grow within a performancefocused global marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern responsive and highconverting websites that align with brand strategy and user experience best practices.
- Create custom graphics illustrations and digital assets to elevate each design and campaign.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixelperfect implementation and smooth user interactions.
- Optimize websites for speed SEO mobile responsiveness and accessibility.
- Translate client briefs into creative design solutions that drive engagement and results.
- Stay ahead of design trends tools and best practices in the digital marketing space.
- Contribute to internal brand and marketing efforts through landing pages sales materials and creative assets.
Requirements
3 years of experience in web and graphic design ideally in an agency or fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Figma Adobe Creative Suite and similar design tools.
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with developers.
Portfolio that showcases creativity originality and effective web design.
Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
High attention to detail and a sharp eye for aesthetics and functionality.
Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and feedback.
A mindset of ownership initiative and constant improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience with animation or motion design (e.g. After Effects Lottie etc.
- Familiarity with WordPress Webflow or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of marketing funnels CRO and performancebased design.
- Background in branding or digital strategy is a plus.
