The HRPD Manager plays a key role in providing smart and innovative HR solutions that help drive the business forward. This position is responsible for providing HR partnership to our Corporate teams including employee relations organizational development coaching and talent management programs. You will be responsible for leading HR projects programs and process improvement to support and encourage a productive workforce that meets both the business goals of the organization and the personal needs of our employees. The HRPD Manager performs duties at the professional level in the following functional areas; employee/labor relations performance management training & development compliance recruiting employee communications & engagement and HR project management. In this role the incumbent will be expected to solve problems develop and execute objectives under minimal direction and have the ability to drive business goals and partner on companywide initiatives and projects

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary HR Business Partner for key clients in our U.S. Home Office supporting functions like Executive Leadership Finance Marketing Technology etc.
  • Leads the development and of PCLs People & Culture strategy in alignment with company strategic plans and priorities
  • Seen as a key influencer in the ability to promote and drive a strong employee culture engagement and retention
  • Provides coaching and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans conflict resolution and career development.
  • Leads complex ER investigations including risk assessment communication/implementation of recommended outcomes/decisions. Consults with key stakeholders and complies with reporting requirements
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting HR metrics
  • Leads the implementation evaluation and measurement of corporate and regional initiatives and HR projects
  • Possesses broad knowledge and understanding of the business to assess and drive organizational changes
  • Develops and/or enhances employee development and training programs
  • Drives a positive culture through employee communications and activities
  • Monitors HR programs and processes for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 12 years of progressive human resources experience with supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in a corporate environment at a Fortune 500 company is preferred
  • Seen as a trusted advisor with superior relationship management skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Working knowledge of Federal & State employment laws EEO wage and hour laws FMLA and ADA
  • Keeps commitments; is not afraid to establish a visible presence and point of view to engage and to hold others accountable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize requests while maintaining attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and coordinate activities while leading and motivating leaders
  • Advanced experience in training facilitation and in managing complex facilitated sessions
  • Good writer and creator of professional communications or content; superior executive presence; ability to influence
  • Proven ability to lead teams through significant change management

The salary range for this position is between $95000 and $135000per annum based on experience and qualifications.
