Job Description
As the InVilla Dining (IVD) Manager at Villa Haven you will oversee all aspects of the invilla dining operations ensuring that guests receive impeccable service and highquality meals. You will lead and manage the IVD team coordinate with kitchen staff and maintain the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry preferably in inroom dining or a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing highquality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
