Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sr. AssociateFacilities to join our Facility & Property Management team in Cabanatuan City Philippines. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our facilities ensuring a safe functional and costeffective environment for our employees and visitors.

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of facility operations including maintenance repairs and renovations
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize building systems and equipment performance
  • Oversee vendor relationships negotiate contracts and ensure service quality meets organizational standards
  • Monitor and analyze facilityrelated expenses identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure compliance with local health safety and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate space planning and allocation to maximize facility utilization
  • Implement and maintain facility management software systems to track work orders assets and maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with other departments to address facilityrelated needs and support business operations
  • Develop and manage facility budgets including forecasting and reporting
  • Lead sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Facility Management Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in facility or property management roles
  • Proficiency in facility management software and property management systems
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance health and safety regulations and energy management practices
  • Proven track record of implementing costsaving measures and process improvements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing vendor relationships and crossfunctional collaboration
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite particularly Excel for budget management and reporting
  • Experience in managing and motivating facility teams
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) are preferred
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability best practices in facility management
