Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Workplace Specialist to join our Greek business. Reporting to HR Manager Greece youll be the goto person for all things wellbeing facilities and fleet management plus youll get to dive into some cool HR projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong multitasking skills a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- WellBeing Wizard
- Dream up and roll out awesome wellbeing programs that keep our team feeling their best.
- Be the champion of mental physical and emotional health resources.
- Host fun wellness events workshops and activities that get everyone involved and excited.
- Facility Fun Master
- Keep our office running smoothly and looking fabulous.
- Coordinate maintenance repairs and upgrades to make sure everythings in tiptop shape.
- Build great relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure topnotch facility services.
- Fleet Guru
- Manage our fleet of vehicles like a pro ensuring theyre safe and ready to roll.
- Juggle vehicle assignments usage and scheduling to keep things running efficiently.
- Keep an eye on fleet expenses and budgets making sure were getting the best bang for our buck.
- HR Project Hero
- Jump into various HR projects from recruitment to onboarding and employee engagement to digital document management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to keep improving our processes and practices.

For this role as a Workplace Specialist Greece were looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Experience in wellbeing programs facility management and/or fleet management.
Super organized and great at multitasking.
Stellar communication and people skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Fluency in Greek and English written and spoken.
