Data Governance: Develop and maintain data governance frameworks in HR SSC area to ensure data accuracy security and compliance with company and legal standards.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis to generate insights into HR service performance supporting datadriven decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Experience: 3 years in HR shared services project management or data analysis roles.
Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing crossculture projects.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI Excel or SQL with the ability to generate actionable insights.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication with experience working in crosscultural environments.
Fluency in English: Required for collaboration with global stakeholders; additional language skills (e.g. German Japanese or Korean) are a plus.
