The Team
LIZY is looking for a Head of Customer Care to join our team.

  • You will lead and expand the Customer Care team across our 3 markets (BEFRNL). An exciting opportunity to build your own international team!
  • Lizys NPS of 4.7 is core to its DNA. We truly want to excel in how we treat our customers and you will be a key person in achieving this and keeping this score high.
  • Youll build your own team of Aplayers in Customer Success and ensure its ready for exponential growth in the years ahead. Lizy is growing rapidly and expanding into new markets continuously you are at the forefront of that!
  • You set up build and improve processes across the different parts of our Care team and markets.
  • You take the lead in transitioning to a ticketbased Care system implementing it and ensuring we run an efficient scalable Care team without compromising on quality.
  • Automation and customer and team data insights will be key for further growth and you own that end to end.
  • Youll get the entrepreneurial challenge of a lifetime while being able to start with a proven business model and guaranteed funding.

About you

Youre the ideal candidate if you bring:

  • Experience: You have 5 years of experience as a top performer for a leading digital company (scaleup) in a Care/Customer Success department.
  • Systems tools & automation: You have experience implementing Care related tools and systems and have set up automations in your previous experience.
  • Entrepreneurial: You love building companies solving complex problems and thrive in a fastgrowing environment.
  • Team leadership: You thrive in developing talented team members and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.
  • Growth Mindset: Youre always keen to learn new things share your knowledge adapt to change and learn from past experiences.
  • Work ethic: you have a strong professional pride in your work and ensure you always deliver no matter what.
  • Strategic structured and rigorous: You have the ability to develop a clear strategy and priorities and ensure highquality to meet P&L objectives.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch (ideally both) and English
