Cluster Experience Director Collective Hospitality
Socialtel is looking for a Cluster Experience Director to lead and execute the Collective Hospitality Experience Strategy across multiple locations within the country. This key role ensures exceptional guest experiences and drives business performance by aligning hotel concepts events and unique programming with Socialtels brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Engagement: Drive upsells package sales and nonaccommodation revenue (Tours & Travel Surf Retail Wellness).
Strategic Partnerships: Identify local trends and collaborations to enhance guest experiences.
Event & Experience Management: Oversee highquality activations and immersive experiences to boost guest retention.
Brand & Communication: Ensure seamless engagement across multiple channels to strengthen brand presence.
Operational Support & Training: Equip teams with the right tools systems and training to achieve experience KPIs.
Job Details:
Onsite position (must work from hotel locations).
travel across properties within the country.
20 strategy & coordination 80 guest engagement & operations
Qualifications:
45 years of experience managing teams in large organizations.
Background in PR branding marketing or hospitality.
Strong expertise in event production retail or design.
Revenuedriven with excellent time management creativity and communication skills.
Must be a local resident (minimum 10 years) with a strong professional network.
Fluent in English and the local language.
