Job Description

Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is looking for an Senior Account Manager for the Experian Personal Loans Marketplace. Experian Marketplace is a growing financial lead gen experience. We match our valued Experian consumers to the best financial products based on powerful datadriven decisioning and matching logic. This visible position is responsible for the onboarding account management and program optimization of assigned financial partnerships. You will report to the VP of Growth and Emerging Markets. You will have the option of working in a hybrid capacity from our North America Headquarters in Costa Mesa CA or fully remote.

  • Coordinate new partner onboarding and ongoing account management for Personal Loan partners.
  • Improve revenue through account growth and optimization plans which align partner strengths and goals with Experian priorities and strategic programs.
  • Research and communicate new developments within the competitive landscape
  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with partners
  • Coordinate program changes and account operations
  • Ensure programs are compliant with partner marketing guidelines
  • Build internal relationships with the broader Experian sales organization business units and operational support teams
  • Represent the voice of the partner to internal Experian team members
  • Manage new program projects and optimizations from start to finish

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • 5 years financial lead gen related account management experience
  • Experience in Personal Loans marketing account origination or portfolio management
  • Account roadmap planning expertise
  • Data analysis experience making datadriven decisions
  • Solid project management skills
