Were looking for a Customer Service Operations based in Sweden.
What you will do:
- Make daily review of scans done in clinic
- Daily check the use of the teams on the use of CRMs
- Ensure operations excellence and great data flow in the company
- Ensure optimal utilization if equipment and check the performance of the users
- Be first level support for the users to solve problems
- Continuous data review
- Helping video scan sending
- Patient contact
What we expect from you:
- Experience in operations or customer service
- Ability to adapt change and grow quickly as we build the organization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
- Analytical ability and drive to change
- Advanced level of Italian good communication in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of Internet and the Office suite at an advanced level (especially Excel)
- Must have excellent communication (oral and written) skills interpersonal skills analytic skills and ability to summarize complex scientific data
- Goal oriented
