Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and attentive Constant Observers (HHA/CNA) to join our healthcare team in Hollywood Pembroke Pines and Miramar FL. In this role you will provide oneonone observation and support for patients who require continuous monitoring to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous observation and supervision to assigned patients.
• Ensure patient safety by preventing falls selfharm or other risks.
• Maintain a calm and reassuring presence for patients.
• Report any changes in patient behavior or condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with basic patient needs such as repositioning hygiene and comfort.
• Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (required).
• Previous experience as a patient sitter observer or healthcare aide preferred.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
• Compassionate and patientcentered approach.
