Oversee payroll and incentive payments.
Manage the calculation of net pay including deductions and withholdings.
Supervise the processing of overtime and holiday pay.
Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate and complete.
Verify payroll journal entries and ensure they are correctly uploaded to the general ledger.
Maintain uptodate accounting files records and schedules.
Track paid and unpaid leaves.
Resolve payroll issues such as missed bank holidays or late payments.
Keep accurate records of PERAA contributions cash advances and employee loans.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with payroll audits.
Adhere to payroll accounting and tax regulations.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
CPA with at least 3 years of experience including external audit.
Previous experience as a payroll accountant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of local and governmental payroll regulations.
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel.
Skilled in analyzing accounting transactions and reconciling financial data.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of ORACLE NetSuite is a plus.
