Our client is a topnotch company specialized in the fashion industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Communicate to understand client needs and identify potential new clients in the premium corporate uniform market.
Maintain current business relationships while establishing new ones with corporate clients preferably through proven B2B market experience and an existing client database.
Prepare bids and quotes both online and offline following approved pricing based on client requests.
Develop and execute strategies for uniform bidding processes for tenders related to banks and government sectors.
Draft contracts upon reaching preliminary agreements with clients and facilitate the signing process between clients and the company.
Oversee contract monitor performance and resolve any issues that arise.
Address and resolve customer complaints related to their orders.
Work with the production and technical departments to ensure quality from sample creation to order fulfillment.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the company s products while staying informed about competitors products.
Suggest new strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and promote business expansion.
Carry out tasks as designated by the department head.
Gather information from the project manager (PM).
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences.
Propose various design orientations and solutions.
Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and suggest design improvements.
Develop design solutions based on PM specifications and market research.
Generate design concepts that align with established solutions.
Create design drawings to build prototypes that reflect the designs strengths and weaknesses refining them for production later.
Monitor product performance in the market collect customer feedback and adjust development plans accordingly.
Continuously assess the market for customer feedback and suggestions for product enhancement.
Categorize needed improvements and develop specific plans such as shifting market focus or making minor adjustments.
Bachelor s degree or higher preferably in fields such as Apparel Fashion Business or Trade.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the apparel or fashion industry.
Preference for candidates with experience working in largescale companies specializing in highend apparel and uniforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel etc..
Strong communication skills and excellent negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for business based on company plans.
Proactive honest and highly responsible with a desire for longterm commitment to the company.
Eager to learn selfmotivated and passionate about apparel and sales.
Serious independent creative and able to work under high pressure.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
ompetitve salary package: Base salary sales commission
13thmonth salary
1 day of paid leave per month
