JOB DESCRIPTION: Virtual Assistant Administrative/Personal Assistant
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our team. This role combines administrative work with light bookkeeping task that requires familiarity and proficiency with Xero and excellent communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Experienced in using Xero
Bookkeeping management
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Answers emails in a timely manner
File management
Prepare communications such as memos emails invoices reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems
Respond to service enquiries and requests
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Great attention to details.
Highly organized with good attention to detail.
Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes.
Ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a VA - Admin/Bookkeeper - Experienced in using Xero preferred
