This onsite role places you at the heart of office operations supporting daytoday administration facilities coordination and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors clients and staff members in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls screen and forward them appropriately and provide basic information as needed.
Monitor visitor access maintain security procedures and issue visitor badges.
Coordinate meeting room bookings support client meetings and ensure proper meeting details are communicated.
Set up and take down meeting rooms assist with administrative tasks and provide general office support.
Respond to colleague requests for facilitiesrelated tasks (e.g. lighting HVAC issues minor furniture adjustments security cards desk keys).
Manage office supplies and inventory in kitchens print areas and shared spaces.
Serve as the initial point of contact for AV and technology support in meeting rooms.
Handle mail and courier services.
Support the switchboard and general office communication systems.
What you will need to succeed:
Bilingualism in French and English is essential to support several responsibilities involving daily communication with clients.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Prior experience in a corporate office environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Resourceful and proactive in solving problems and supporting team needs.
Comfortable with basic AV/technology troubleshooting.
Capable of light lifting and moving supplies in the stockroom.
