Job Description
- Perform installation programming troubleshooting repair and maintenance of building automation systems and standalone controls for HVAC Systems
- Perform HVAC Tuneups
- Perform Energy Audits with the support of the Engineering team
- Knowledge to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC Control Systems
- Knowledge of configuring BAS / DDS programs graphics and alarms for site specific control systems
- Develop Field Reports in support of Engineering Team Energy Auditing Documentation
- Install Data Logging Devices for Energy Consumption Monitoring
- Uses a variety of hand tools and test equipment
- Obtain required signed documents from clients
- Maintains accurate project and timekeeping records
Requirements
- High School diploma plus 2 year technical degree
- Experience with commercial HVAC Equipment a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
- Ability to work in hot cold wet climates depending on the weather
- Attention to detail: and must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Ability to crawl in tight places climb ladders and work on roofs
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Utilizes a variety of hand tools and equipment; maintains tools and equipment for proper functionality
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrates ability to manage time and job needs across multiple projects
- Daily travel with occasional overnight stays reliable transportation
- Work independently and be self motivated
- Clean professional appearance
- Flexibility to work outside normal work hours as required
- Other duties as required
