Executive Assistant (Insurance)
This position supports two senior leaders within the retail wealth enablement and advisory business areas of a client in the insurance industry. The role focuses on proactive highlevel administrative support in a fastpaced dynamic environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders. It requires exceptional judgment discretion and organizational agility to anticipate and respond to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of calendar scheduling ensuring meetings are prioritized effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Anticipate and address the needs of senior leaders in a highdemand environment.
Monitor prioritize and respond to email communications on behalf of the leaders when appropriate.
Coordinate and support inperson and virtual team events including social and learning engagements.
Prepare meeting materials including agendas presentations and reports.
Assist with the development and distribution of internal communications and reporting.
Track administrative budgets and process expense reimbursements and cheque requests.
Provide administrative support to other leaders as required.
Execute additional administrative tasks to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
What you will need to succeed:
College diploma in office technology administration or equivalent education.
2 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant role.
Industry experience in financial services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
