It is a leading Customs Housing Agent based in Surat Gujarat is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. We are committed to delivering efficient reliable and costeffective services to our clients.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for exploring the market generating new business opportunities and ensuring highquality service to clients within the North Gujarat region. He will report directly to the Sales Manager for the Gujarat region.
Key Responsibilities
Market Exploration: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs within the North Gujarat region.
Client Acquisition: Prospect for and acquiring new clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring their satisfaction. This includes proactive outreach addressing inquiries promptly resolving issues efficiently and providing ongoing support.
Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records and data.
Concept Selling: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and tailor sales pitches to meet individual client needs.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in Sales Marketing or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales preferably in the logistics or customs brokerage industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to do concept selling and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of the South Gujarat market and its specific needs.
Experience in local customs regulations and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
