Identify develop and manage sales opportunities for plastic and rubber products.
Conduct daily customer visits calls and meetings to secure repeat and new sales.
Maintain and grow existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
Stay updated on market trends competitors and industry innovations to enhance sales strategies.
Prepare product costings and quotations for customers.
Organize technical seminars and product demonstrations for potential clients.
Ensure accurate and uptodate sales records regularly reporting to management.
Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and client satisfaction.
Follow up on payment collections and credit terms with customers.
Bachelor s degree in Science preferably Chemistry.
Minimum 35 years of sales experience in the Plastic or Rubber industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Selfmotivated energetic and able to work independently.
Techsavvy with knowledge of CRM systems (preferred)
