Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Virtual Assistant to provide crucial support to a senior executive managing multiple highprofile ventures. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to international business development premium spirits manufacturing and highlevel networking while developing your skills in a dynamic fastpaced environment. You ll be the executive s right hand ensuring seamless operations across various projects including international conferences investor relations and brand development initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a role requiring exceptional communication skills as you ll be representing the executive to highprofile contacts including business leaders investors and diplomatic connections. This position begins as parttime with strong potential to grow into a fulltime role as our ventures expand.

Responsibilities

  • Expertly manage a complex executive calendar coordinating meetings with highprofile contacts and ensuring efficient time management
  • Serve as the professional point of contact for communication with business leaders investors and diplomatic connections
  • Maintain comprehensive task lists and ensure all deadlines are met across multiple business ventures
  • Draft and proofread professional correspondence that appropriately represents the executive to highlevel contacts
  • Assist with basic social media content posting and management
  • Help coordinate logistics for international business conferences and networking events
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate initiative in anticipating needs
  • Provide administrative support for upcoming product launches and business development initiatives



Requirements

  • 45 years of experience in executive assistance or similar roles demonstrating exceptional organizational abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with a professional polished demeanor
  • Proven ability to interact confidently and appropriately with highnetworth individuals and business leaders
  • Selfstarter mentality with the ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively across multiple projects
  • Comfort with basic social media platforms and standard office software
