We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven HighTicket Telesales Executive to join our real estate team in Thillai Nagar Trichy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients nurturing leads and closing highvalue sales. If you have a strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport over calls and social media we want to hear from you!
Call and follow up with prospective leads introducing our real estate projects and services.
Build strong relationships with clients understanding their property requirements and guiding them through the buying process.
Handle objections professionally and close highticket sales through persuasive communication.
Generate leads through cold calling referrals and networking.
Connect and engage with potential buyers on social media platforms like LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram.
Maintain an updated database of leads and track sales activities.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales preferably in real estate or highticket sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to generate leads and network on social media platforms.
Goaloriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Prior experience in CRM tools is an advantage.
