Job Description
As a (Demi) Chef de Rang of The White Room you have a passion for fine dining and exceptional service. In this role you will be responsible for the following;
- Ensure all preparatory work is completed to the highest standards for seamless service;
- Serve dishes with expertly paired wines;
- Prepare and present dishes at the table with precision and flair;
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations to create unforgettable dining experiences;
- Innovate and proactively enhance service quality based on guest feedback.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelinstar restaurant;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment;
- A proactive and innovative approach to service;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language Dutch is a plus.
