Job Description
- M365 Administration: manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Copilot Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive for Business Office 365 suite.
- Ensure availability performance and security of these services.
- Security and Compliance: implement and manage security measures to protect M365 environments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
- Handling of M365 2nd line incidents and requests.
- You will be part of a crosscountry M365 team of 12 dedicated professionals in an Agile way of working.
Qualifications :
- .4/5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in cloud (Azure) security GDPR compliancerelated matters data labeling open to work with various products related to Microsoft365.
- Solid experience in managing Microsoft 365 services
- Strong knowledge of M365 applications including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams and OneDrive for Business.
- Knowledge of Power Apps Power Automate MS Purview.
- Fluent in English written and spoken).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards for cloud services
- Knowledge of networking and identity management in a cloud environment
- Experience in the Banking sector
