Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant in the Auckland team! Leveraging the fantastic relationships and brand developed already with our experienced Tech & Transformation team you will be responsible for opening new accounts and developing existing clients in a new vertical Finance!
Having established strong relationships over the years our clients are wanting to expand their partnership beyond tech roles and we are looking for a new team member that specialises in finance to compliment this.
The Role and Team
- Business development across PSA accounts
- New business development across clients driven by lead generation and research
- Initiating building & maintaining trusted advisor status client relationships in the Finance arena
- Full 360 Recruitment initially and a willingness to own the process endtoend whilst in growth mode
- A highly collaborative and united team

Qualifications :
- Experience working in a team environment no lone wolfs wanted here
- Agency experience preferably in Auckland with an established network you can tap into
- Extensive experience recruiting in the Finance domain both contract and permanent
- Consistent billings in your previous role(s)
- The ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with potential and current business partners and stakeholders
- Marketing / social media / personal brand understanding and evidence will be highly regarded
