Responsibilities
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Repair and replace defective parts components and equipment as needed.
- Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including work orders repair logs and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with other team members including operators and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
- Position is responsible for performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Any industry is acceptable; preferably within manufacturing environment.
- A technical mechanical aptitude; electrical hydraulic and/or pneumatic skills would be a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools as well as diagnostic equipment.
