Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing internal and external communications for the company ensuring that messages are clear consistent and aligned with our brand. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth communication across all levels.
Responsibilities
Develop manage and execute communication plans for both internal and external stakeholders.
Draft and proofread company communications including newsletters press releases and memos.
Assist in organizing and promoting corporate events meetings and other communicationsrelated activities.
Work with senior leadership to communicate key business initiatives and updates.
Maintain media relations and handle inquiries as needed.
Monitor communication trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
Ensure all communication materials align with company branding and messaging.
Qualifications :
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
Experience in event coordination or public relations is a plus.
