Job Description
Responsibilities:
- For operational marketing automation consulting role is to support Client in plenty of activities regarding Email Marketing Campaigns Personalization Campaigns or A/B Tests with Adobe Marketo.
- These activities are or could be:
- Landing page and form building
- Build up (concepted) Personalization Campaigns
- Build up (concepted) A/B Tests for existing Campaigns
- Set up and execute drip/nurture campaigns with complex logic
- Audience Segmentation
- Creation of lead scoring rules to drive conversions
- Data hygiene to increase marketo database and enhance delivery rates
- Data enrichment
- Database Optimization: support efforts for strong data hygiene including the build of normalization campaigns enriching campaigns data segmentations deliverability campaigns and overall database clean up and templatization.
- Maintain marketing forms for compliance and optimization
- Work within Wrike for marcom project management
Requirements:
- Marketo Certified Expert
- B2B marketing automation experience with at least 5 years of admin experience in Marketo and strong experience with Salesforce.
- Experience working within a matrix organization. Previous agency experience a plus.
- A strong understanding of database structure data hygiene analytics and attribution.
- Ability to understand assess and implement lead scoring lead nurturing segmentation personalization and other lead/customer management practices.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Indepth knowledge of compliance regulation (eg CANSPAM)
