About the role
Based at the Junior Adventures Group Support Office in Melbourne the Proposals and Tenders Manager is a pivotal contributor to the organisations growth strategy. This role is responsible for leading the endtoend project management of all new business tenders and contract renewals across the Australian market ensuring timely highquality submissions that are aligned with commercial objectives and brand positioning.
In this role you will:
- Oversee the tender pipeline assisting business development teams with renewals new tenders RFPs and government submissions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyse submission needs and create proposals that align with brand standards and highlight the value of Junior Adventures Group.
- Develop and manage content that speaks to specific audiences ensuring materials resonate with key decisionmakers like school principals government officials parents and communities.
- Work with Business Development Managers the Senior Executive Team and the CEO to shape communications for presentations submissions and negotiations to support business growth.
- Ensure all tenders comply with legal regulatory and contractual requirements staying updated on industry changes to manage risk and maintain integrity.

Qualifications :
About you
- Demonstrated experience working in business development growth tender writing or similar roles
- Previous experience within growth focussed organisations where competitive tendering for new business and contract renewals is part of the growth process
- Strong understanding of bid and tender preparation with experience in developing persuasive and impactful documents and content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear concise and compelling messages with demonstrated experience working with CEOs and Senior Executives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
