About the role
We are looking for a detailoriented P&C Systems Administrator to hit the ground running in this critical role. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy integrity and ongoing maintenance of our People Data in our HRIS. This 6 month fixed term full time position (with views to go permanent) is a critical role that requires strong data management skills. Additionally a proficiency in HRIS platforms and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business process improvements and reporting needs.
In this role you will:
- Take ownership of the stewardship and management of people data within the Human Force System ensuring accuracy integrity and ongoing maintenance.
- Regularly cleanse data implement protocols and update data following organisational and employee changes to ensure the system remains a reliable source of truth.
- Coordinate and manage HR workflows in collaboration with the P&C Advisor and under the supervision of the Manager P&C Partnerships.
- Analyse data to develop best practices troubleshoot system issues and support the P&C Business Partner team in creating peoplemetric dashboards that inform actionable decisions and business process improvements.
- Extract peoplerelated data develop adhoc reports and assist in compiling Board and Management reports with guidance from the Manager P&C Partnerships.
- Collaborate with P&C functions and the Chief People Officer to develop optimal reports and support continuous improvement efforts including preparing analytics and metrics for leadership teams.

Qualifications :
About you
- Demonstrated proficiency in extracting and manipulating data from the Human Force Workforce Management System and other HR systems.
- Extensive experience in developing reports from HRIS platforms including advanced Excel skills (e.g. datasets pivot tables formulas).
- Experience with reporting in regulated industries.
- Excellent numeracy analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Ability to combine technical expertise with HR knowledge to create effective business solutions.
- Knowledge of the Childrens Services Award and compliance standards is desirable.
