As a Trust & Safety Specialist youll be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content to ensure compliance with community standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and review text images videos and links to ensure adherence to platform policieswithout exposure to sensitive content
- Apply moderation guidelines consistently to maintain a respectful and secure online environment
- Handle user appeals with clarity and professionalism explaining moderation decisions effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to uphold regulatory and industry standards
- Stay informed on emerging digital trends to enhance moderation strategies

Qualifications:
- C1/C2 proficiency in German
- B2 proficiency in English
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
