What Youll Do:
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Support new hire orientation to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and ensure exceptional candidate experiences.
- Manage our recruitment advertising across platforms like Facebook LinkedIn Instagram and Twitter.
- Plan and attend engaging job fairs at local schools and colleges.
- Provide HR support in areas like employee relations performance management and compliance.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years of recruiting experience ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of HR generalist functions is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in social media recruiting and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in plastic injection molding or similar industries.
- PHR or SHRMCP certification.
- Bilingual proficiency in English Spanish Pashto Arabic or Urdu.
