Job Description
Were a video streaming platform. And we require a Dutch speaking customer service talent. This is a remote role although youve got to be present in Portugal.
1. Competitive pay model. Active support and performance bonuses.

Description:
1. Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide answers and solutions.
2. Troubleshooting regarding orders deliveries payments and returns.
3. Point of contact for external sellers.
4. Provide information about digital products.
5. Escalation and rerouting of issues to other departments.
Requirements:
1. Dutch C1 Level.
2. English B2 Level.
3. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
4. Quick learner and adaptable to learning new processes concepts and skills with excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Hold EU ID or Residence Card.
If youre moving in from outside of Portugal then well help you with bureaucracy to get settled.
