Primary Job Function:Manages supplier quality by monitoring performance and reporting feedback to Management and vendors for corrective action and continuous improvement. Lead completion and upload of customer required PPAP documents. Collect and analyze data related to customer claims manufacturing rejects and nonconformance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Meet with NW/BRP Quality Manager as needed to communicate on a variety but specifically Quality Production and Scheduling. 2. Work with the receiving of raw material/nonconforming material. 3. Monitor supplier quality performance and report feedback to vendors and management. 4. Manage Supplier Corrective Action Request (CAR) process. 5. Initiate coordinate and maintain documentation for raw material evaluations. 6. Communicate quality performance to manufacturing areas to aid in corrective action and continuous improvement. 7. Lead and assist in supplier quality problem investigations resolutions and dispositions. 8. Communicate with vendors as needed on quality related issues. 9. Perform any other assignments as directed by NW/BRP Quality Manager.

15. Maintain areas of responsibility in a clean neat and orderly manner so that the work area will reflect a safe and healthy work environment.
Complete PPAP and Source Release documents for customers as required and in a timely manner.
Review nonconformance areas daily working with quality manager and manufacturing on corrective actions and disposition of material.
Assist with internal and external audits and assist with completion of supplier audits.
Lead completion of PFMEA Control plans decision matrix and other quality documents
Work with lab personnel on testing and quality issues as needed.

- Bachelors of Science Degree
- BS in Engineering or Scientific Discipline is highly preferred for this role and will be given preference.
- Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma
- IATF Auditor
- ISO 9001:2015 Auditor
